Victor’s Story

We count on Victor for so many essential matters, including maintaining our corporate and project company books of accounts, preparing our monthly financial reporting packages and other accounting and administrative function.

Before becoming part of the Forum team, Victor worked in an international multi-service company providing asset management and finance services for the P3 Division which had six P3 projects with approximately $1 million of revenue, $2.7 billion of debt and $250 million of equity.

Victor obtained his accounting degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Justin’s Story

Drawing on his previous work experience with a prestigious Toronto law firm, Justin provides support at Forum Equity Partners on real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy projects, as well as in business development. In his hybrid commercial and finance role at Forum, Justin drafts and reviews agreements for the firm’s real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy projects, and offers key project management support on a number of assets. An award-winning graduate from Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law, Justin hold an honours political science degree from the University of Western Ontario and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Bram’s Story

Bram joins us from the Canadian office of Standard Chartered Bank, where he was Director and Head of Canadian Mining and Metals M&A. Bram has significant experience in corporate finance, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. He was a partner at the Toronto office of Gryphon Partners, an M&A Advisory firm – acquired in 2011 by Standard Chartered – that focused on the resource sector. Bram has also held various roles at National Bank Financial, CIBC World Markets and IBM. Bram earned an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University.

Colleen’s Story

Drawing on more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience, Colleen Teed advances Forum’s talent agenda and business strategy with innovative and practical human resource solutions. She has worked extensively with Canadian and international financial services firms as well as accounting, educational and not-for-profit organizations. Colleen led HR departments in a number of organizations, including Macquarie North America Ltd., Merrill Lynch Canada and Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, talent management, succession planning, team facilitation, and executive interviewing and selection.
